Through my company, Champion BODY (Building Outgoing Dynamic Youth) I’ve created programs to motivate youth and adults while fostering lifestyle changes.” For more than 25 years I’ve worked with organizations to launch health and wellness programs for nonprofit institutions, national organizations and internationally, to share my experiences.
My mission has concentrated on continually striving to improve the communities; serving organizations and mentoring others to achieve their goals. I am positive that each of my successful outcomes is rooted in the education that I have received throughout my life. BODY guides you through the process of enhancing your mental strength and athletic performance by challenging you to realize your potential with work that engages your level of dedication as well as looking at the overall holistic approach to health and wellbeing. “There is a champion in each of us.” has been the mantra for providing direction to achieve personal and professional goals for success that I have followed, and I share this same example with each person I encounter. Giving back is the key to helping others. Sharing my experiences from high school, college and personally with others to help them achieve their goals will always be one of my main purposes in life.

TRAINING CAMP & CLINICS
Sports are communities composed of enthusiastic participants who enjoy participating in their activities. There are no age limitations or level which excludes you from being part of the group. The only side effects are increased metabolism, enhanced body tone, and increased energy.

Are you trying to find something to do on short notice that you can do together that doesn’t require to much planning? Over the lifespan of a relationship, sometimes we become set in our normal routines and our actions become repetitive.
